Launched in 2015 by the Copperwood Pork brand, Know Your Pork (KYP) is geared towards the development of a sustainable Jamaican pork industry.
Pork has received a bad rap in Jamaica, labelled by many as unhealthy and unclean. Continuous gluts and shortages have negatively affected our local farmers and bleed the industry.
